Full Description: Maxwell Beach Villas (MBV) is a condominium development comprising fifteen units. It is situated in Maxwell in the parish of Christ Church in Barbados on the South Coast beach facing the Caribbean Sea. The Architect for the Development is Ian Morrison of Architects, Morrison Associates, one of the leading architects in Barbados. Ian has been responsible for some of the most outstanding hotel, condominium and villa designs on the island. The Building Contractor for the project is Kent Construction Limited established in 1980 which has an excellent reputation gained over the past twenty five years for good quality work, and have been responsible for the construction of several banks, schools, homes and various buildings on the island. The development is comprised of fifteen 2 bedroom apartments; all with fantastic seaviews. There is also a swimming pool and direct access onto the large white sand beach.
